Where do we purchase the seed/saplings from?
- Most of our seeds are collected by our team from nearby remnant forests. If required to supplement the collected seeds, seeds are purchased from local, trusted seed banks. We also cooperate with Costa Rican government organizations who provide us with some endangered species that we are not able to source locally.
What are our planting methods?
- The land is left to rest and grow for at least 4 years prior to planting.
We then clear the land of most the new growth and plant the trees manually in 50*50*60cm holes. To see more, click here.
